Haleem – A slow-cooked delicacy
A luxurious dish bursting with flavour and spice, Haleem is a much-loved dish in Pakistan and India, especially during the Islamic holy month of Ramadan.
Our Haleem is slow-cooked to achieve a delightfully smooth texture. Boiled lentils and wheat are added to well-seasoned, tender meat and gravy, which are left to simmer overnight. This lovely stew is garnished with diced mint, lemon wedges, green chillies, crispy fried onions and ginger juliennes. High in fibre and protein, Haleem can be eaten with our signature naan (leavened bread) or on its own.
We offer both Chicken Haleem and Lamb Haleem. For more information, view our main menu.
